I watched the full Battle of Ideas debate online and you spoke very well.

The Intellectual Life of the British Working Classes is a favourite of mine! I used to be more sympathetic to the idea people don’t have time to read, but then I picture the 19th century miners, grafting through full-time hard labour, and still reading Shakespeare and Dante.

I could list many egregious examples of multi-modal learning I’ve been subjected to. The one that comes to mind is watching an episode of Benefits Street in our religion and ethics class.

When you say Aardman-esque, do you mean the animation studio? What is the reference here?
